Alfazaa is a vehicle towing and recovery service similar to the AA or RAC based in Qatar. We have built a fully automated system for customers to report and request assistance for roadside recovery offering in app subscriptions, and service selection. The app is a self serve mobile app whilst providing an automated process for drivers to manage incoming jobs without the need for an office based operator.
This mobile app platform and web back end has been exclusively developed from the ground up by our team. The platform is self-sufficient and adds a huge time saving to manually managed systems. The platform automatically finds a driver that is available and allocated jobs accordingly allowing an Uber like platform for vehicle recovery to take place.
The platform includes a built in invoicing system for partner companies to use the platform for example if BMW want to offer their customers a year of vehicle recovery when purchasing a new car. Partners will receive a monthly breakdown of all recovery jobs belonging to customers originating from them.
