We developed custom transport software in the form of a responsive web application. It is accessible on both desktop and mobile devices. The system integrates directly with TSL’s internal CRM, HireTrack. It automatically pulls data for upcoming jobs and presents it in a clear, intuitive interface. This enables the transport manager to plan driver routes, assign jobs, and oversee daily logistics with ease. The platform also includes pages and tools designed to streamline operations for staff across TSL.
Alongside this, we built a companion app specifically for drivers. It features a simplified interface optimised for quick access on the go. Drivers can view their assigned routes for today or upcoming days. Each stop is clearly mapped and detailed. The system also enables them to submit proof of delivery in just a few taps. They can include notes, photos, and location pins. Together, these applications give TSL a robust end-to-end solution. The system improves efficiency, visibility, and communication across transport operations.

We hosted the web app on Microsoft Azure. This ensured secure, live data access anytime and anywhere for both managers and drivers. We also integrated MapBox mapping technology. This gave managers a visual tool to plan and monitor routes.
